The following people are not allowed to participate in the tours: pregnant women, children under 10 years old, people with heart problems, severe back problems or other serious illnesses.

The driver of the quad bike must have a class B driver's license. Alcohol and drug consumption are strictly prohibited before and during the ride.

No, after a short safety and driving demonstration we will check if the participants can handle the quads. Our tours are suitable for beginners.

It is essential to bring: Sunglasses, sunscreen (please apply before and during the tour), swimwear and sturdy shoes. The driver must bring their driver license. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Note: the clothes will be very sandy after the tour. We will provide raincoats in case of rain.

Please bring a backpack and a drink to the tour. Valuables can be stored in the driver's suitcase.

The tour will be cancelled under extreme weather conditions. In this case the guest will be informed as soon as possible and offered the following options:
1. Another departure date of the tour under the same conditions and at the same price.
2. Full refund of the purchase price.

The tour must be cancelled in writing by e-mail (bilic.strategies@gmail.com).

If the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days before the tour, the participants will get a full refund.

If the reservation is cancelled 2-7 days before the tour, the participants will get a 75% refund.

If the guest cancels the reservation less than 48 h before the tour or does not show up on the day of the tour, no refund will be issued.

The vehicles and helmets are disinfected before each tour. It is possible to get disinfectant during the tour.
